I actually like the whole style that Ange has set up but we promised Mimoza to rework Graphicballoon to a more structured and correct code so there need to be a few functions removed and added.
First of all I think we both will agree that the theme selector needs to go. Graphicballloon has a greenish-gray theme and my opinion is that I should be that way for everyone. We just need to be careful with the green-red colors due the colorblindness : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_blindness
I do like the side-bar but I'm not certain we should keep it as Mimoza wanted an original skin,so the side-bar might be a bit to reminding of Ange's skin.
Then the categorie-list, I feel like we are obliged to add the 3 columnslist. If we do I should rewrite it because it isn't really working properly.
I don't know if we should redo the bottom with the forumstats to look a bit more like the one we have on GB.
